![]() ![]() I took the same bome file and tried to put 2 MORE translators with NO Rule. So one APC40 is running through bome and one is not.Ħ. I go into the midi setting and choose bome midi in and out along with the other APC40s in and out. the reason I did this is because through reseach that the APC40 is Coded using ONLY 8 Chnnels.ĥ. I created a bome file with 2 translators with the rule pp=pp+8. this is because both APC40s are sending out the SAME signals.Ĥ. now both APC40s are registering in Resolume, but both react the same. To fix that problem on my macbook pro, i went into the audiomidi and change the name of BOTH APC40s (APC40-1 and APC40-2)ģ. Resolume does NOT recognize 2 midi controllers that are the same MAKE and MODEL.Ģ. I have 2 APC40's in front of me right now to start this project.ġ. IF it can be done in one file, that would be GREAT also. This Bome file I would like to see the same as the second Bome File, but with 2 APC40's. when the button is pushed, it turns GREEN and the clip runs.ģ. To be Prepared for ANY issues, I would like to see another bome file with for just one APC40 with the Clip Launch LEDs RED when a video Clip is dropped in Resolume so that the controller recognizes the button has a clip linked to. I will be writing in my Contract that I would like 2 APC40's Provided by the venue. In Turn, I would be able to drop audio and video into the corresponding boxes so that the controller shows both on the Controller.Ģ. See the Python Script is written so that the LEDs light up in correspondence with where the clips are dropped and when a clip is triggered, the LED turns GREEN. EXPLANATION: I would use this file when running both Ableton Live and Resolume. This file will just be a BASIC combination of 2 APC40's with NO LED Color mapping, just linked and not synced with the knob LED reaction. I would like to see a bome file that combines 2 APC40's. the list below is what options I would like to see:ġ. ![]() sometimes I am hired do audio and video, and sometimes I am hired to do just video. I do NOT want to use the keyboard or mouse to control Resolume. Two, i haven't yet seen any resolume midi controller templates.OK!!! I understand now. there are dozens of free vsts and other methods by which we can control velocity, so please don't worry about that. One, those of us whom are routing midi to and from LED grids can find the device specification and make sure that the right color velocity gets sent. If you could describe specifically what functionality you'd like to see, we can take that into account. We're in the process of seeing what controllers are popular among our users, and making specific templates for them. This is primarily because every controller has a different protocol for led colors, and we can't make separate implementations for every controller out there. Sending out loaded clips in a decks is not supported. So when you have controls mapped to the active clip or layer, these will be sent out when you change the focus. Resolume's midi out behaviour is basically 'what comes in, goes out'. There a few issues that prevent us from implementing this as a feature though, one of which is that every controller requires different midi velocities to change colors.
